One afternoon of July 1959 in the cafe of ¨Mougia¨ in the old Strovolos, a movement began to create a scouting section among the young people of Strovolos, under the leadership of Andreas Kyriakidis.


The final form of this Scouting movement had the name 76th S.P. Strovolos ¨Keravinos¨, due to the moral and financial support of the Gymnastics Association of Strovolos Keravnos.
