A group that started as an idea among friends, has evolved to a club to share the thrill and experience of ham radio in the wild through POTA/SOTA Activations, DXpeditions, and more!



It all started as an idea, a bunch of friends wanting to get together and play some radio. Well that led to some planning and that planning led to the dream of more and more adventures. Sharing is caring, and these friends decided to share the treasures with other hams.

With the creation of Ham Radio Adventures, we gained additional benefits as a group of friends to go on expeditions near and far, we are an ARRL Affiliated Club, we have the spotting network connectivity offered by HRA through our unique ways to always keep you up to date on our activations, and you will meet new friends!! For those who may not want to lead, you can always follow either as a ham on an expedition or as a ham relaxing at home chasing the next activation by the HRA Team that’s deployed!
